Show n Shine

The Show N Shine is the highlight for any car show and 2023 at Volks Weald did not disappoint with an amazing selection of vehicles on display. With it being the 70th anniversary of the Oval we had a fantastic turnout of these very special cars in addition to plenty of amazing air cooled VW’s, water cooled VW’s, Hot Rods, Yanks & Vespa’s. It’s FREE to enter, just shine them up, park them up and show them off! 

Live Music

Volks Weald has quickly built a reputation of always having a great line of entertaining bands and musicians, many of them local and 2024 will be no different. We are planning some amazing bands and musicians to keep you entertained over the weekend. A full timetable of the acts will be announced over the coming months. If you love your music as much as you love your VW’s, there is only one place to be over the weekend of July 13th/14th! See you there.

Bug Beats

When you think of Volks Weald, what do you think of? Great cars, stunning venue, amazing historic house, great bands, yes all of these and of course, Bug Beats! We are pleased to announce that Neil will be with us all weekend keeping you entertained. He will be doing a full Friday night set to start your weekend off with a bang and the Kids disco on Saturday which is always popular as well as playing top tunes across the whole weekend.

Trade Village

The trade village this year was amazing (so say our visitors) with over 50 trade stalls selling all sorts of goods from VW parts to skateboards. It had a real artisan feel about it and 2024 is shaping up to be even bigger & better with many traders already booked in after their successful trading in 2023. So if you’re a visitor, start saving up your pennies and if you’re a trader looking to book in for the Greatest Show On Turf, head on over to our contacts page and get booked in to avoid missing out on a pitch.

Penshurst Place

Back for this years show, with your wristband, if your a day or weekend visitor you can visit the stunning gardens of Penshurst Place FREE OF CHARGE and with for a small fee you can enter and view the house. You guys and girls are going to be busy!

Dog Show

We always get a huge turn out of dogs at Volks Weald and we know you all love to show your furry friends off. Over the weekend there will be a Fun Dog Show. There will be fun classes and to enter we just ask for a small donation for each entry with all money raised being donated to an animal charity. We look forward to seeing your four legged friends there!

Adventure Playground

All visitors to the show over the weekend will be able to take their little ones and slightly bigger ones, FREE OF CHARGE, in to the amazing Penshurst Place Adventure Playground. 

Licensed Bar & Quality Caterers

One of the many talking points of the show in past years is the inflatable pub and we are happy to tell you it will be returning. How could we not! So look forward to a nice cool beer or maybe a G & T at the ‘Inflatable Tavern’. Who’s round is it! When you’ve had your drink, head over to our catering avenue and treat yourself to some amazing food, fish n chips, pizza, or maybe a burger. What will you have?
