Show n Shine

The VW Car Show ’n’ Shine is the highlight of the weekend at Volks Weald, taking place on both Saturday and Sunday and bringing together an incredible display of vehicles and enthusiasts. Entry to the show n shine is completely free with your day or weekend ticket, so all you need to do is arrive and be part of it. Everyone is welcome — whether you’re bringing a classic VW, a custom build, a hot rod, a scooter, or something totally unique. Spaces fill up fast and the field reaches capacity quickly, so make sure you arrive early to secure your spot and enjoy a full weekend of amazing motors and great atmospher

Bug Beats

When you think of Volks Weald, what do you think of? Great cars, stunning venue, amazing historic house, great bands, yes all of these and of course, Bug Beats! Neil will be with us all weekend keeping you entertained, it’s going to be to be an amazing weekend of music. 

Trade Village

The trade village this year was amazing (so say our visitors) with over 50 trade stalls selling all sorts of goods from VW parts to skateboards. It had a real artisan feel about it and 2027 is shaping up to be even bigger & better with many traders already on contact after their successful trading in 2026. So if you’re a visitor, start saving up your pennies and if you’re a trader looking to book in for the Greatest Show On Turf, head on over to our contacts page and get booked in to avoid missing out on a pitch.

Woodland Walk

The Woodland Trail is a short walk away from the Adventure Playground and provides a managed woodland environment for you to experience and enjoy the nature around you. 
Encompassing a 1km loop, walk along the trail and you will discover log pyramids, mushroom carvings, dead-headging, stumperies and a abundance of wildlife. A great way to stretch your
legs and blow out the cobwebs. 

Adventure Playground

All visitors to the show over the weekend will be able to take their little ones and slightly bigger ones, FREE OF CHARGE, in to the amazing Penshurst Place Adventure Playground. Featuring a commando trail, wooden high top, enormous slide, swings, a toddler area and a new zip line, your little ones will have the time of their life’s. 

Licensed Bar & Quality Caterers

One of the many talking points of the show in past years is the inflatable pub and we are happy to tell you it will be returning. How could we not! So look forward to a nice cool beer or maybe a G & T at the ‘Inflatable Tavern’. Who’s round is it! When you’ve had your drink, head over to our catering avenue and treat yourself to some amazing food, fish n chips, pizza, or maybe a burger. What will you have?
